Shipping: Shipping will be Actual, PLUS $25.00 Handling on all firearms. There’s an extra charge on display cases for shipping & handling.

  • Insurance will be Actual and In Writing Only.

Returns: All returns must be authorized by us, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee, if without reasonable cause.

Your Responsibility: Some firearms are not legal in every state. Check your local laws before bidding. It is your responsibility to know your laws before you bid.

FFL: Firearms will only ship to FFL. Federal Firearms License (FFL) We must ship all firearms to a verified FFL holder.

  • Shipping, handling, and any FFL transfer fees are not refundable.

  • All Federal Firearms Laws will be complied with. Background checks must be conducted on ALL FFL firearm purchases. Any out of state firearm purchases must be shipped to a Licensed FFL. Some firearms may not be legal in all locations. Not for sale where prohibited. Check local laws and answer any and all questions before bidding. Buyer agrees to release seller and/or consignor from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use or misuse of this item.
