Flat Top Crusader Helmet - This is a flat-top style helmet in a design common during the Crusades. It includes an adjustable interior liner and leather chin strap with buckle. The front of the helmet has brass brackets across the front and also the eye-slit.

This helmet is solidly build and made from some hefty carbon steel. It would be suitable for a variety of things. For instance; an medieval fair, re-enactment, as a prop/costume, LARPing, certainly for display, and quite honestly you could get nailed in this head with this thing on and it would take the blow pretty well for those into medieval combat. I mean I would not wear it in lieu of a bicycle helmet, but this could take a sword to the head and handle it. Its definitely not a toy.

Please note that the helmet is adult-sized and will fit most adult heads without a problem. It will also fit older children and teens. I would not recommend it for a small child of course. Also, those adults with very large heads may have some pressure on the bridge of their nose requiring some adjustment, or possibly removal of the liner.
