This is a brand new Noveske upper in 5.56, so it can shoot .223 and 5.56 ammo. See below for the actual email from Noveske as to what it is

Closest thing to this on their website is $1085, according to them (https://noveske.com/products/10-5-rogue-hunter-upper), but it's out of stock, and it doesn't have the KX3 flash hider, which is an easy $150 more, so that would put this at $1235 on their website, if it was in stock.

This is brand new, available to ship right now or you can pick up locally. No CH or BCG. The upper only - it does not come with the lower that is pictured.
