Bore Condition: Excellent bore with strong rifling and shine throughout.

Matching Numbers: All parts are correct and original.

Metal Condition: Metal is in very good condition.  Some light handling marks throughout, but overall very good.

Wood Condition: Stock is in very good condition. It is free of cracks or damage. There are a few light dings and handling marks.

FFL Status: 01 Modern Firearm must ship to FFL.

Notes: This is a very nice all original Chiappa Firearms Model 1860 Spencer manufactured by in Italy.  Mechanically it is in very good working order and is sure to make for an excellent shooter.  This rifle is chambered in modern 44/40. Receiver still retains 95% original case hardening. This would be an excellent reenactor rifle and a great conversation piece at the range.
