ACME North has a used Smith & Wesson Mountain Lite light weight five shot revolver in .44 special.

This extremely light Smith & Wesson handgun is an L – frame revolver chambered for the .44 special cartridge. It is fitted with a five round titanium cylinder and aluminum alloy frame which gives it a light weight of only 19 ounces. The barrel length is 3 inches and revolver is fitted with green hi viz. front sight and adjustable rear sight. These handguns were introduced in 2000. The pistol does exhibit indications of use and carry consisting primarily of small scuffs to the exterior finish and one or two rub marks on the laminated wooden grips. This revolver would be an excellent choice for backpackers, fisherman or other people finding themselves in the outdoors who desire a lightweight but powerful handgun. Please note this pistol is NOT chambered for the 44 magnum cartridge.
