ACME North has a new Keltec SU-16 a semi auto folding carbine with two 10 round magazines in 5.56 mm.

The Keltec Sport Utility-16 series rifle is a compact, lightweight and simple design, and is able to be broken down and folded into a compact configuration for transportation or storage and while the barrel, bolt carrier and mechanism are steel, the SU-16's receiver and forend are manufactured of high strength polymer plastic. The SU-16 he has an 18.5 inch barrel and comes with a windage adjustable hooded light gathering blade front side mounted near the muzzle. A Picitinney rail is mounted on top of the receiver. The stock and trigger mechanism fold down below the upper receiver and clamp to the barrel for tramsport and storage.  The front of the rifle opens out into an integrated collapsible bipod and the stock has a hollow recess with spring detent that can hold two 10 round magazine's or 1 20 or 30 round mag (not included). This carbine would make an excellent choice for vehicle carry, backpacking or other shooting applications.
