Looking to sell/trade my Smith & Wesson Model 686+ 3" 7-Shot Revolver

This has been shot less than 100 rounds. I've owned it for quite some time and although I enjoy it greatly, I just don't find myself shooting revolvers nearly as much as I used to. It currently has a Dawson Precision fiber optic front sight installed, along with a Wilson Combat tuning kit (approx. 3lbs and 8lbs. on the trigger as of now), the trigger has been professionally stoned and tuned, this thing is BUTTER. Also installed is a pair of Hogue Tamer Grips. Functioning great, with no complaints from myself to note. It has minor signs of wear, but nothing at all remarkable compared to most used wheel guns I see on here haha.

Also included are: OEM Key, OEM Trigger Components, OEM front sight, extra cylinder bar, OEM Grips, a 7-shot HKS speedloader, 2x Tuff 8rd speed strips (the extra round is for increased grip with 7 loaded), a Kydex IWB holster with DCC Clip ($40), and a MASC Leather OWB Holster ($80).

I paid $950 for the revolver 2 years ago.

Total value invested in this lot: $1,300ish

I'm asking $1150 Trade Value, or, $850 Cash Price, don't try to argue against this being fair, because it sure is.
