These Magpul PMAG have been installed with Magblocks that limit their capacity from 30rds to 7-10rds. By using a curse from our spell book, we have sealed them shut, discouraging any funny business. They still run flawlessely, and are a great way to achieve a certain aesthetic that you normally cannot under MA's current laws.
Going by the definitions & text currently stated in the MGL & Attorney Generals enforcement notice, these are compliant in the state of Massachusetts.
