Marlin 39a lever action .22 manufactured in 1948. This example is in good condition with 90% factory bluing. This can fire .22 short, .22 long, and .22LR. There is some light corrosion on the underside of the magazine tube. The two piece stock looks fantastic aside from the usual handling marks and safe kisses. Bulleye in the stock. Missing front sight hood. This rifle is mechanically excellent with a mirror like bore. The Marlin 39a is the longest produced lever action .22, and has become very difficult to find in recent years.
