Used.  Sears,Roebuck and Co. branded J.C. Higgins Shotgun. it has a 12ga.  2 3/4" chamber. Barrel has been cut down to 18 1/4".  the finish is worn and has some pitting scars, but the stock is in great shape except for a slight crack by the stock screw to the loading chute. The safety is not working.
