We will do anything we can to get you the firearm that you want at the lowest price possible. We will meet or beat any other dealer's advertised price on brand new firearms and accessories as long as we are able to get the item. We do not charge sales tax on any sales outside of Virginia, so in most cases we can still beat your local dealer's price even when you add the transfer fee.

In Stock Policy:

All listings on Armslist as well as our website are first come, first serve and are subject to availability from our suppliers at the price listed. Some items can be backordered and we will notify you of that when you inquire about purchasing an item. In some cases it is more cost effective to ship directly from our supplier to your FFL dealer and we will do whatever we can to get you the lowest price possible.

Terms of Sale:

All sales to Virginia residents are subject to the required 5.3% sales tax. All transactions will be in accordance with all federal, state and local laws. All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted in the event that you are unable to pass the required background check. A 25% restocking fee will apply and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. All shipping charges are non-refundable. There is a $2 state mandated background check fee for Virginia residents and $5 for non-residents for in person sales. Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all items purchased are legal to possess in their respective state of residence.

Shipping Policy:

Firearms will only be shipped to federally licensed firearms dealers. Flat rate USPS Priority Mail shipping and insurance charges of $20 for handguns and $25 for long guns will apply, unless picked up locally or "Free Shipping" is annotated on the listing. Other shipping options may be available upon request at the buyer's expense. Buyer is responsible for all transfer fees and background check fees from their FFL dealer.

Payment Options:

We accept Cash, Check (with 7 day hold), USPS Money Order, Credit/Debit Cards (with 3% Fee), No COD or PayPal. $35 service fee for all returned checks.
