This is a Thompson/Center Contender Rifle with a .17 Remington barrel. The blued 21” barrel is in great condition having only a tiny blemish and no corrosion. The bore is in similar condition having clean sharp rifling. The front sight is a fixed post on a ramp and the rear sight is a Thompson/Center adjustable target sight. A picatinny rail is also mounted to the barrel and holds a Leopold RF Special 4x28 scope. The tube and glass are in good condition but it is not sighted in. The blued receiver is in good condition having light finish wear and very light pit marks on the left side. A crouching mountain lion is engraved on either side. The walnut forend and buttstock are also in good condition. There is a small scrape on the left side of the grip above the grip cap, but the buttstock is otherwise undamaged. Buttstock has Thompson/Center ½” recoil pad and unbranded grip cap. Length of pull is 14”, overall length is 35”, and weight is 6.2 lbs. Our stock number is #A352.
