I'm looking to buy my first hunting rifle, preferably .270 caliber, and am interested in either the Remington 700 (Sporter, CDL, Featherweight) or the Winchester Model 70. I'm open to older versions of these rifles and am willing to negotiate pricing, so long as the rifle is gentley used. No synthetic stocks please. A scope would be nice but not necessary.
