I have new in box complete Palmetto State Armory M4 Freedom uppers. M4 proflle with 16" 1:7 twist melonited carbine barrels. These are Milspec upper receivers with forward assist and dust covers, complete with BCG and charging handle asking $249 plus tax.

Mate this to one of my complete PSA lowers for $139 and be out the door for $388 plus tax. Must be 21 to buy the lower and 4473 required with background check or GA WCL required.

I am a home based FFL dealer in the Athens GA area. I cannot travel to make a sale. All sales will be done in my home where a 4473 with background check will be done. If you have a valid GA weapons carry license you will be exempt from the background check. Firearms can be shipped to a dealer in your area. If it is an upper or other non regulated item then no 4473 is required. All prices marked reflect a cash price. Credit cards will incur a 3% increase in price.
