USED FIREARMS BE ADVISED: While we do function test used firearms we do not detail strip and inspect. We have an AS IS - No refund or exchange policy for the purchase of them. If you have any questions about a used firearm ask before buying.

You’re responsible for verifying if you can own this item in your state of residence

If you cannot own a firearm that is for sale in your state do not purchase it assuming we will then modify it for you. If you can’t own it we will not ship it

If you purchase a firearm that has magazines with a capacity not allowed in your state we will not ship the magazines with the firearm.

If you purchase a firearm that has magazines with a capacity not allowed in your state, we will not ship those magazines to your buddy, cousin, brother etc in another state. Whatever you are buying has to be legal in your state

We will only ship to FFLs that follow the proper procedures for transfers. If your FFL likes to cut corners either find another one or do not purchase a firearm from us.
