In excellent like new condition. I'm the second owner. Original owner said about 12 rounds through it. I haven't shot it. Came to me with a 5 round mag. I purchased 3 more Ruger brand 20 round mags, 110 rounds of brass cased ammo and the Magpul sling brand new. The scope is an older used 3-9x32 Simmons that is not sighted in. Rings are factory 1". Price is the same with or without the scope. Also comes with a picatinny rail. Comes with everything pictured. I wouldn't take less than $1,100 cash firm for everything pictured or $950 firm without the ammo and sling.
