The MSAR STG-556 is an AUG clone that was manufactured by Microtech Small Arms Research.

The STG-556's design was based on the original Steyr AUG since the patents expired at the time. It features a bolt release as seen on the M16 rifle and a forward assist. Otherwise, the STG-556 retains the features similar to the Steyr AUG, such as having the quick-change barrel option and the ability to change which side the weapon ejects from by changing the bolt out for a right or left side bolt respectively. The STG-556 has a right-side ejector.

This particular STG-556 has functioned perfectly from day one (some of the early guns had issues).

Gun is currently setup with a Nikon 1-4x scope that is not included with the sale of the rifle but is available separately for purchase. The Ratworx scope mount will be part of the sale.

Several additional magazines (in addition to the 42 RD magazine that is being sold with the gun) are available for purchase.

The vz. 58 is a 7.62×39mm semi-auto rifle that was designed and manufactured in Czechoslovakia and accepted into service in the late 1950s as the 7.62 mm samopal vzor 58, replacing the vz. 52 self-loading rifle and the 7.62×25mm Tokarev Sa 24 and Sa 26 submachine guns.

While the vz. 58 visually resembles the Soviet Kalashnikov AK-47, it is a different design based on a short-stroke gas piston, though using the same ammunition.

This D-Technik manufactured rifle was built on an original parts kit with surplus barrel. These barrels are 15.5” so the muzzle device is pinned and welded on the gun. In addition the rifle features original Czechoslovakian, phenolic resin "Beaver-Barf" furniture on the fore-end and pistol grip.

The Right Arm of the Free World! - A DSArms FN FAL built on a STG 58 parts kit.

This rifle was made on a forged DSA receiver, surplus Austrian rifle parts, and enough US parts to ensure Section 922r compliance. It had a plastic stock, steel handguards with a folding steel bipod, a 21” barrel, and a long flash hider.

Rifle is in excellent condition with minor brass kisses on the ejection side of the receiver. Rifle comes with one 20 rd magazine but more are available for purchase.

Rifle is a Lake Barrington, IL mfg with DSXXXX serial number and does have numbers matching barrel, bolt carrier, and bolt from original parts kit.
